PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a function management system of a mobile phone and an automatic display method of the mobile phone where the convenience of the mobile phone is in compatible with the necessity of the restriction of the mobile phone. SOLUTION: A mobile station 30 has a function of stopping dialing or ringing function, transmits an operating state of this function to a base station 1 and allows the base station 1 to properly display telephone number or the like to locate a caller when receiving a call in the case that the ringing function is stopped. Thus, a communication discrimination circuit 13 of the base station 1 grasps a state of the dialing or ringing function of the mobile station 30, a caller/called party number storage circuit 14 stores a telephone number or the like specifying a caller when the ringing function of the mobile station 30 is stopped, a connection discrimination circuit 15 discriminates the recovery of the ringing function of the mobile station 30 and transmits the stored telephone number or the like to the mobile station 30. Though the configuration above, a troublesome phone call at a place with high publicity is expelled, and a danger when using a PS terminal in a hospital or while driving an automobile can be avoided, and a contact to a desired opposite party can be made separately even on the occurrence of emergency.
