PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio telephone terminal device for accounting telephone, capable of including an analog system accounting telephone set in a digital radio telephone system and using it without drastically expanding telephone facilities. SOLUTION: A radio telephone terminal device 8 for accounting telephone is applied to a radio telephone system, which performs radio communication with a radio telephone base station 2 with a digital signal and also performs wire communication with an accounting telephone set 6 with an analog signal. When a radio part 32 receives accounting information of the digital signal transmitted by radio from the station 2, an accounting signal for generating part generates an analog accounting signal according to parameters such as a frequency, amplitude, signal generation time, signal down time and the number of signal generation cycles included in the accounting information, and a telephone set interface part transmits the generated analog accounting signal to the set 6 via an analog line cable 9.
