The method for forming a concrete structure (M) on a vertical conduit (8a), especially for producing flaunching on a chimney, comprises putting a casting frame (A) into the chimney. The frame is attached to a support (5), which rests on the lip (8c) of the chimney and fixes the frame in position, by a connector (4a). Concrete is then poured into the chimney around a central pipe (P). An Independent claim is included for a set of accessories for forming the structure.
