PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reproduce a low sound frequency component excellently. SOLUTION: Sub-woofers 104L, 104R that are Kelton type speakers are built in left and right spaces of a cabinet 102 of this television receiver. Ducts 104d of the sub-woofers 104L, 104R are formed to be projected externally from 2nd air chambers 104C respectively and ports 104e at the tip of them are provided to a front face of the cabinet 102. Low sound frequency components from the sub-woofers are emitted to the outside of the cabinet 102 from the ports 104e. Thus, sound quality is not deteriorated because of no production of a standing sound wave in the inside of the cabinet 102. Furthermore, it is not required to increase the amplification factor for a sound signal to drive the sub-woofers in order to balance low frequency sounds with middle and high frequency sounds because squawkers and tweeters placed in front of the cabinet 102 are not on the same plane as the sub-woofer ports 104e.
