PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-inductance capacitor that can satisfactorily cope with increase in high frequency of the circuit in which the capacitor is used. SOLUTION: A capacitor element assembly 3 is constituted by connecting a plurality of capacitor elements 3 in parallel, each of which is prepared by stacking and winding a pair of metallized films and forming electrode lead-out members 2a and 2b by spraying a metal on terminal planes of the winding, wherein the electrode lead-out members 2a and 2b of the element assembly are connected to external terminals 10 via conductors 5 and 6, respectively. Here, a first pull-out plate 5 that is connected to one of the electrode lead-out members, 2a, and a second pull-out plate 6b that is connected to the other electrode lead-out member 2b, are led out by keeping themselves mutually close via an insulating sheet 7, so that both side surfaces of the capacitor element assembly 3 are surrounded by a connecting plate 6a that is connected to the second pull-out plate 6b.
