摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize surface temperature on the roller body by means of avoidance of magnetic flux concentration, when an induction coil is divided to configure an induction heat emitting mechanism by intensifying the mechanical stiffness and facilitating draw out of electric wires for current feeding. SOLUTION: An induction heat emitting mechanism 7 is installed inside a roller body 1 which is to be rotated. The mechanism 7 is configured with a holding frame 12 arranged around the peripheral surface of an iron core 11, in the form of a long stretching cylinder with a certain gap in between and a plurality of induction coils 13 are wound around the periphery of the frame 12 with a certain gap inbetween. Spacers 14 and 15 to insulate the induction coils 13 from the iron cored 11 are held on the holding frame 12, while other spacers for maintaining the spacing of the induction coils in insulated condition are installed between the mutually opposing end faces of the induction coils 13. Electric wires for current feed are threaded through a space formed between the induction coils 13 and the outer surface of the iron core 11.
