PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure discharge lamp having a reliable connection between conductive members capable of withstanding a high load and having a long useful life. SOLUTION: This high-pressure discharge lamp is provided with electric current conductors and an outer tube 5, a discharge container 1 is held by frame members 3, 4 in the outer tube 5, and feeder leads 9, 15 are guided out at the end section of the discharge container 1. Two current conductors (first and second conductive leads) are connected by brazing bonds 11, 16 using nickel and/or zirconium as a filler metal. |
