PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily design a multilayer bonding sheet excellent in dimension stability by multiplying a value which is provided by dividing a first integrated value with a second one by a temperature difference, which is multiplied b 100 for a calculation dimension change rate. SOLUTION: A difference between a linear expansion factor of each layer and that of metal foil is multiplied by the elasticity and thickness of each layer, and each product of layers are added together to provide a first integrated value. The elasticity of each layer is multiplied with a thickness, and the products of layers are added together for a second integrated value. The temperature difference during manufacture of a bonding sheet is calculated. The second integrated value, together with the product for temperature difference, is divided by the second product, which is multiplied by 100 to acquire a calculation dimension change rate. Thus, a multilayer bonding sheet with excellent workability is provided.
