PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a get-off station (stop) to a user individual. SOLUTION: This guiding device is composed of on-vehicle equipment (a) loaded on a vehicle 1 and terminal equipment c held by a user riding on the vehicle. The on-vehicle equipment (a) is the one for sending out signals specifying the prescribed place when the vehicle arrives at the prescribed place or approaches the prescribed place. The terminal equipment stores data specifying the prescribed place, and at the time of receiving the signal specifying the prescribed place from the on-vehicle equipment, collates it with the stored prescribed place, and at the time of obtaining the collation, reports the fact of arriving at the prescribed place or approaching the prescribed place to the user.
