PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a dweller to check the normal operation of a main acoustic speaker by providing an outdoor display having a checking function with a calling button for a visitor to call the dweller and allowing a fire receiver to make the main acoustic speaker emit a chime by a calling signal at the time of detecting calling of the calling button. SOLUTION: An outdoor checking tester 4 is connected to an outdoor display 2 with a checking function 2 to allow an outdoor checking person to check the operation of a fire receiver 1. In addition, in a daily life, when a visitor presses the calling button 2d of the display 2, the calling signal detecting circuit 1g of the receiver 1 detects a calling signal to transmit it to a control CPU 1a. Then, the CPU 1a controls a chime generating circuit 1f to make a main acoustic speaker 1e emit the chime. Thus, the dweller can check that the speaker 1e of the receiver 1a normally operates by ringing of the chime in a daily life.
