SOLUTION: Still information display parts (3a to 3c) provided at an information part of a frame body 1 (back cover 1b, etc.), broadcast image data supplied from an information unit 6 and an area formed below an image display part 2 is positively used to constitute the still information display part 3 having the still information sandwiched between two still information part panels 3c. Then an effective information display is made by giving the lighting 3a of a lighting device from behind the still information.
