PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the outer shape of a probe and to simply perform on-line measurement. SOLUTION: A reflecting mirror 57 reflecting the light projected from an optical fiber 52 is provided, and a space 44 in which a sample flows is provided on the way of a light path wherein the light projected from the optical fiber 52 is reflected by the reflecting mirror 57 to be received by an optical fiber 54. Since the leading end 45 of a probe is sharpened, the probe can easily thrust through a septum type cap.
