PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remodel an existent display device equipped with a filament type lamp and to provide a display device which reduces bulb filament breakage accidents of a light source. SOLUTION: An LED display unit 9 is equipped with a main body case 11 provided with a plurality of display windows on its top surface side, a printed board 12 provided with a plurality of LED chips, a printed board 13 provided with rubber terminal bodies 18 and 19 connected to a terminal base, and lead pins 14 which electrically connect the printed boards 12 and 13; and the printed boards 12 and 13 are united in the main body case 11 while being electrically connected with each other by the lead pins 14. Consequently, the LED display unit 9 is fitted to the terminal base of equipment after the existent external cover, display unit, and filament type lamp are detached from the terminal base, the lead lines of rubber terminal bodies 18 and 19 are connected to terminal base pins, and the external cover is mounted again to remodel the existent display device. |
