<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for erasing data in a flash memory by which the flash memory can efficiently be utilized. SOLUTION: An erasion flag in chain information of history data subjected to erasion operation by a user among history data stored in a sector 1 is rewritten into '0' from '1'. When the sector 1 has no idle capacity to store the history data, data whose erasion flag is set to '1' is once copied to a RAM 19, and stored in a sector 2 in pair with the sector 1. When all data that are stored in the sector 1 and whose erasion flag is set to '1' are stored in the sector 2, contents of the sector 1 are batch erased.</p> |
