<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication interruption device that secures a communication interruption space for a communication unit that modulates or demodulates information of communication contents with a code stream and to provide a communication interruption method. SOLUTION: The communication interruption device 20 uses a PN code generator 38 and a delay correction device 40 to advance the phase of a PN code stream extracted by a reception antenna 21, broadband amplifiers 22, 26, a multiplier 24, a BPF 28, a carrier detector 32, a frequency divider 34, a synchronization acquisition device 36 and the PN code generator 38 and uses an inverting code generator 41 to inverts the PN code stream into an inverted code stream. The multiplier 42, a power amplifier 44 and a transmission antenna 47 are used to transmit the inverted code stream. Thus, the inverted code stream sent as a communication interruption wave is inverse to a pilot signal of the CDMA system, and since the phase of the inverted code stream is advanced, the pilot signal on the way of propagation is almost properly cancelled by the advanced inverted code stream without a delay so as to allow a mobile phone to recognize that is resident at the outside of a speech area by a base station.</p> |
