PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a connection such as nodes connected in loop and to speedily form a detour route bypassing the spot of a fault while using this loop when this fault occurs on a link. SOLUTION: Switch means B1-B4 are provided for connecting/disconnecting the link of nodes A-D so that the connection can be made normal by controlling these switch means B1-B4 even when a redundant link forming the loop of nodes A-D exists. Further, when any fault occurs on the link of nodes, the detour route bypassing the spot of fault occurrence is formed while utilizing the loop under the control of the switch means B1-B4.
