<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an excellent image by efficiently recovering toner remaining on a photoreceptor drum after transferring a visible image on the photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: The toner incorporates charge control resin and the toner remaining on the photoreceptor drum 18 after transferring the visible image is recovered by a cleaner 39 which recovers the toner when a potential difference is given between the drum 18 and the cleaner 39. Since the toner incorporating the charge control resin is hardly electrified to have a reverse polarity by transfer bias applied to an intermediate transfer drum 21 at the time of transferring, it is excellently recovered by the potential difference given between the drum 18 and a cleaner brush 41.</p> |
