<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress potential fluctuation of pixel electrodes, to improve a yield and suppress flickering, and to provide a high quality image, by clamping the connection parts of N-channel thin film transistors of the odd numbered pixels and those of the N-channel thin film transistors of the odd numbered pixels at different potentials from each other, at holding of a data voltage for each line. SOLUTION: N-channel thin-film transistors 372m-1,2n-1, 382m-1,2n-1 are connected in series across a data line 292n-1 and a pixel electrode 352m-1,2n-1, and on/off is controlled by a gate signal G2m-1 outputted from a gate driver to a gate line 302m-1. Moreover, these transistors 372m-1,2n, 382m-1,2n are connected in series across a data line 292n and a pixel electrode 352m-1, 2n, are on/off is controlled by a gate signal G2m-1 outputted from the gate driver to a gate line 302m-1.</p> |
