PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress local heating with a simple constitution and to improve a heat transfer efficiency by providing a lattice-like heat transfer tube unit arranged in a lattice-like state by bringing first and second heat transfer tube groups into close contact with each other, and finned heat transfer tube unit constituted of a third heat transfer tube group and fins provided at an outer wall of the third group. SOLUTION: A lattice-like heat transfer tube unit 10 and a finned heat transfer tube unit 20 are aligned and disposed from an upstream side along a flowing direction of combustion gas 50 and the gas 50 flows along surfaces of heat transfer tubes of the units 10, 20 to constitute the heat exchanger 100. The unit 10 is constituted to weave the group 1 by alternately bringing the group 1 into contact with above and below the group 2 at contact portions 5. Meanwhile, the unit 20 is constituted by providing the group 3 formed of a plurality of heat transfer tubes arranged in parallel and providing fins 14 on outer walls of the third group. Thus, a heat recovery without local excess heating of a fluid is realized.
