PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to eliminate a damage occurred in a cable by installing element antennas on a dielectric substrate. SOLUTION: Connectors 1a-1o, cables 2a-2o, lines 3a-3o connected to the beam terminals 4a-4o of a Rotman lens 5, a dielectric substrate 6, the antenna terminals 7a-7j of the Rotman lens 5 and lines 8a-8j connected to the antenna terminals 7a-7j of the Rotman lens 5 are installed. The lines 8a-8j are constituted by meandering lines so that electric lengths become equal. Element antennas 9a-9j are constituted on the same substrate 6 as the Rotman lens 5. The lines 3a-3o, the Rotman lens 5, the lines 8a-8j and the element antennas 9a-9j are incorporated on the surface of the dielectric substrate 6. The element antennas 9a-9j are installed on the dielectric substrate 6 in such a way.
