PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer vibration-proof rubber remover capable of safely removing a vibration-proof rubber. SOLUTION: This vibration-proof rubber remover has an engaging tool 11 engaged in a U-shape to a vibration-proof rubber to be removed, a support metal fixture 19 for connecting both ends of this hook 11 and a hydraulic jack 20 interposed between this hook 19 and a transformer base 2, so that a vibration-proof rubber 7 interposed between the transformer base 2 and base concrete 3 at a site, where an end of an anchor bolt penetrating the transformer base 2 is screw-threaded and fastened with an anchor socket 5 embedded in the base concrete 3, is removed after the removal of the anchor bolt.
