PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device by effectively preventing shift of a contact between connecting terminals to alleviate deterioration of the contact due to fine slide abrasion. SOLUTION: This connector device comprises a male-side connector 11 on and a female-side connector 12. A terminal fixing/holding case 11b is provided integrally with the connector 11 on the male side, for tightly fixing and holding a male terminal 14 in an engaged state and tightly fixing and holding the male terminal 14, and a female terminal 15 while the terminals 14, 15 are connected to each other by engagement of the female terminal 15 by engageable connection to the female-side connector 12. The connector 12 on the female side is provided with an externally fitting housing 12c, having an engaged recess 12b to be engaged and connected in a manner externally fitted around the terminal fixing/ holding case 11b. A cover 12f is provided, in such a manner as to be positioned inside the engaged recess 12b of the externally fitting housing 12c in an attitude in which the female terminal 15 can be connected to the male terminal 14, for holding the female terminal 15 in such a state as to allow a slight change in attitude, and for restricting the movement of the female terminal 15 in a direction opposite to the engagement direction.
