PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of radioactive waste. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a waste liquid storage tank 11 storing radioactive waste liquid having sodium hydroxide and boric acid as main components, a waste liquid evaporation device 12 accepting the radioactive waste liquid and processing the waste liquid by concentrating, a concentrated waste liquid tank 13 storing the concentration-processed waste liquid, added by sodium hydroxide and controlling the mole ratio between Na and B, a waste liquid concentrating device 15 connected to the concentrated waste liquid tank 13 and again concentrating the controlled waste liquid and a cement solidifying device 16 for forming cement solid from the reconcentrated high concentration waste liquid and precast cement powder.
