PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of communication between a vehicle driven on a neighboring road and a road side radio equipment because the road side radio equipment receives a reply from the vehicle. SOLUTION: An upper road 11 in the drawing is provided with a 1st antenna 14 of a road side radio equipment 13 and a lower road 12 is provided with a 2nd antenna 16. In the case that the 2nd antenna 16 receives the same identification signal as that received by the 1st antenna 14 when the 1st antenna 14 receives the identification signal, it is discriminated that this identification signal is a reply from an on-vehicle radio equipment of a vehicle driven on the lower road and this identification signal is disregarded. |
