<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell module, in which the insulation of a power- generation active from not only the peripheral but also a frame can be realized and in which the resistance to damage in a glass substrate can be realized. SOLUTION: This solar cell module is formed at least of a part of a transparent electrode layer, an optical semiconductor layer and a metal layer which are formed on a translucent substrate 1 is separated into a plurality of cells by a machining using a light beam and that the cells are electrically integrated with each other. In this case, the cross section in the end part of the transmissive substrate 1 dose not have right-angled parts or acute-angle parts, and the transparent electrode layer, the optical semiconductor layer and the metal layer in the peripheral of the transmissive substrate 1 are removed mechanically.</p> |
