PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize optimized operation in the air conditioning control of building management system by providing means for collecting weather forecast information, deriving operational parameters based on the weather forecast information, and controlling operation of air conditioners optimally. SOLUTION: Weather forecast information opened to the public from a weather forecast information provider 2 is collected periodically by an energy managing unit through a public line 4 and a network connectors in building management systems 1a-1n. The prediction content is expressed numerically and substituted to a calculation formula in order to predict an optimal operation system of an air conditioner. When weather forecast is expressed numerically, tomorrow weather is handled as a point. For example, constantsα,βandγare assigned, respectively, to fine, cloudy and rain weathers and the constants are added to optimal operational parameters calculated by the energy managing unit to obtain operational parameters. The parameters are transmitted to a main controller/human interface where the operational settings of an air conditioning facility are modified thus performing optimal operational control of air conditioners. |
