PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent torque from being lowered even when a cover for preventing the scattering of magnet is provided. SOLUTION: A brushless motor 10 is composed of a stator 50 where a coil 44 is arranged and a rotor 30 where permanent magnet 34 is provided at the circumference and a cover for preventing the scattering of magnet is also provided at the external circumference of permanent magnet 34. Since the area to be in contact with the permanent magnet 34 of cover 20 is formed of magnetic material, an air gap can be reduced equivalently and the torque of motor can also be enhanced.
