PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fine-adjust a sound pressure balance of an on-vehicle speaker system at a low cost without changing its electric characteristic. SOLUTION: A sound escape hole 5 is made to a speaker frame 2 formed at a rear part of the on-vehicle speaker 1. A diaphragm 4 in the inside of the speaker frame 2 is partly exposed through the opening of the hole 5 to the outside of the speaker frame 2 so as to apply air damping to the exposed diaphragm 4. A slide shutter 3 to be skidded along a side face of the speaker frame 2 is provided to the opening of the sound escape hole 5. The aperture area of the sound escape hole 5 is adjusted by opening/closing this shutter 3.
