PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a motor for pump operation of an antilock brake device for a vehicle which can fix a motor easily to a device body of an antilock brake device for a vehicle, and reduce the number of components. SOLUTION: A closed-end cylinder type yoke 54 in which an aperture part 31 is formed is equipped with a flange part 55 stretching outward from the aperture part 31. A motor 7 for pump operation is fixed to a device body 32 via the flange part 55 of the yoke 54. A sealing member 80 sealing a part between the motor 7 and the device body 32 is interposed between the flange part 54 and the device body 32, at the position outside a part position where a housing 72 engages with the yoke 54.
