PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate the signal current of serial data from a current to be consumed by a remote controller by filtering a current consumption signal of a low frequency band transmitted from the remote controller through a high pass filter, passing serial data of a high frequency band higher than that of the current consumption signal and supplying the passed serial data to a comparator. SOLUTION: The remote control system 1 is provided with a received current comparator circuit 22 including a high pass filter(HPF) 24 for filtering prescribed frequencies and a comparator 23 and increases the speed of the frequency of serial data transmitted from the remote controller 3 to a system body 2 as compared with a change in the display speed of the remote controller 3. Thereby a current consumption signal S2 of a low frequency band is cut out by the HPF 24 so as not to be inputted to the comparator 23 and the signal S2 can be prevented from being continuously overlapped on a signal current S1.
