PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a load and deformation by the load to linear relationship for preventing hysteresis by allowing the alloy of an austenite metal with a specific composition to be subjected to solution treatment and hardening, by applying mechanical stress for generating cold curing on forming, and by performing heat curing. SOLUTION: A raw material is the alloy of an austenite metal containing an interstitial atom, contains ferrite by 2% or less, martensite by 2% or less, and chromium by 11% or more, and has crystal structure with nm structure where transformation is fixed. At least one part of the formation of parts consists of cold working, mechanical surface machining, or their combination, and is subjected to plastic deformation of 10% or more by the depth of 50μm. Then, the heat curing is made at 480 deg.C or less for five hours or more. The parts thus obtained have superior corrosion resistance, thus eliminating the need for surface treatment such as coating. Also, there are no protection layers, thus eliminating poor influence to elastic characteristics, and achieving easy handling on manufacture and use.
