PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport an electronic part at high speed for mounting with a specified attitude by sucking the electronic part in a first stage with a transportation robot before it is transported to a second stage, during which period a correction member is operated. SOLUTION: A first stage 3 is arranged within a movement range for a suction head 1, and a tray 4 is placed on the first stage 3 with a specified attitude. A control means 9 positions a suction nozzle 7 by a transportation robot 2 above an electronic part 5 housed in the first stage 3, and the suction nozzle 7 sucks the electronic part 5. Then the electronic part 5 is moved toward a test stage 6 which is a pre-set second stage while, in the middle of transportation, a pair of parallel chucks 8a and 8b which are correction members are operated to clamp the electronic part 5, forcedly changing it attitude. |
