The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a well, and a well, the well frame (1) thereof being made of plastic and the well comprising at least one pipe fitting (2). The well is formed so that the fitting (2) and a sealing element are placed into a mould, and thereafter the well frame (1) is formed in such a manner that at least a part of the fitting (2) and the sealing element remain inside the frame (1).
