<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture displaying system for a visually handicapped person which can express light and shade or bright and dark of colors of a picture. SOLUTION: A picture data input means 22 of a data processor 2 receives an input of picture data for one screen and stores it in a frame buffer 21, and a pin attribute deciding means 24 decides a layer of each pin projecting from a hole with respect to a degree of light and shade of each pixel color composing the picture data, and a control signal transmission means 25 transmits the signal showing the decided contents to a control part of the display 1. The control part of the display 1 receives the signal showing the information on the position and layer of each pin, and indicates a driving part corresponding to each pin which layer of the pin is made to project from the hole, and the driving part makes the indicated layer of the pin project from the hole.</p> |
