<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filter for a packaged air-conditioning indoor machine to eliminate a need for a washing work and exchange a filter through a simple work. SOLUTION: When a given surface to cover the air inlet of a filter 33 is soiled, a suction grill 9 is opened and the used part of the filter 33 is drawn out by a necessary length from a roll-form filter 30. The used part of the filter 30 is cut off by a sawtooth-form notch 49. In this case, rotation of the roll-form filter 30 is properly stopped by a click 37 energized through the force of a spring 39. By a saw-like tooth disposed at a ratchet gear 35, the roll-form filter 30 is rotatable only in one way.</p> |
