<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulting cover at a low cost having an excellent draining effect in an aerial insulated copper wire, being capable of mounting on existing and new connecting sections, being capable of omitting taping aiming at the fixing of the insulating cover and capable of mounting by indirect hot-line works. SOLUTION: The insulating cover wound and molded in a diameter smaller than the diameter of a connecting material 13 previously installed to the connecting section of an electric wire is used as the insulating cover 10. A plurality of protrusions 12 are formed to the outer circumference or inner circumference of one-side winding end section of the insulting cover 10, internal protrusions 11 paired left and right and formed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction under a wound state are formed to an inner circumferential surface, a plurality of these internal protrusions 11 are distributed uniformly on the inner circumference, the internal protrusions 11 are dropped between sleeves or the sleeve and a wire cover, and edge lap sections are superposed mutually through the outer circumference or the inner circumferential protrusions 12 at that time.</p> |
