摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease optical path from a light-emitting diode to a liquid crystal plate and to decrease the light source part of a liquid crystal printer in size, using dichroic mirrors crossed to form an X-shape in the light source device of a liquid crystal printer equipped with the dichroic mirrors. SOLUTION: Dichroic mirrors 4, 5 crossed with each other in an X-shape are disposed in the center part of a case 20, having an opened lower face. The one dichroic mirror 5 is divided into two parts 5A, 5B by the crossed structure. B-LEDs 1 which emit the blue color component of light downward, R-LEDs 2 which emit a red color component of light in the right direction and G-LEDs 3 which emit a green color component of light in the left direction are disposed, each constituting a 2×6 LED arrays on the sidewalls of the case 20 to surround the dichroic mirrors 4, 5. The liquid crystal plate 7 is disposed below the opening 20a of the case 20. The image displayed on the liquid crystal plate 7 is projected through an exposure lens 8 onto a printing paper 9.</p>
