The plastics stopper for a drinks bottle has a cap (6) with a skirt (12) mounted on the neck (4) of the bottle. A pourer spout (18) is integral with the cap and is selectively closed by a hinged cover (18) which closes the outlet (22) in the spout when fitted over it. The cover is hinged at the lower edge of the cap.
