PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of a transient voltage drop caused by the line resistance of a wiring effectively and supply a stable power supply voltage to a load device. SOLUTION: While a voltage drop is not caused by power supply wirings 31 and 32, a correction circuit 401 detects the fluctuation of a drive voltage which is caused by a load current generated by a load device 21 by using a voltage Vref with which a DC voltage supplied to the load device is kept constant, and a control voltage is supplied to a DC/DC converter circuit 101 by an error voltage amplifier 101 in accordance with the detection result to suppress the fluctuation of the drive voltage.
