PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a call to a living space master unit alone from a multiple dwelling entrance unit from being received. SOLUTION: This multiple dwelling housing system connects plural living space master units 3 connected to the same trunk, a multiple dwelling housing entrance unit 2 that is for the purpose of calling speech with the units 3 and a building manger office master unit 20 that is for the purpose of calling speech with the units 3 to a control unit 1, performs data communication with one another according to the control of the unit 1, makes calls and speech with the units 3, 2 and 20 possible, respectively connects an entrance slave unit 4 to the units 3 and makes speech between the units 3 and 4 possible. In such a case, the units 3 are provided with a call rejection input terminal to which a make signal and a break signal are inputted, a displaying part 17 which operates in accordance with an input signal to the call rejection input terminal and a living space master unit CPU 10, which disables calling reception from the multiple dwelling entrance unit in accordance with an input signal to the call rejection input terminal.
