PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data receiving processing at high speed. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a low-order protocol processing part 14 for discriminating the kind of a high-order protocol according to the header information of received data, plural high-order protocol processing parts 13 for processing protocols discriminated by the low-order protocol processing part 14, plural data analytic parts 12 for extracting required data out of received data, to which protocol processing is performed by the high-order protocol processing part 13, and an application part 11 for performing prescribed processing with data provided from the data analytic parts 12. A data receiving processing task 20 is composed by means of the low-order protocol processing part 14, the high-order protocol processing parts L3, the data analytic parts 12 and the application part 11.
