PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal line driving circuit capable of controlling a through rate and suppressing the generation of noises by reducing a spike current without being affected by the stray capacity of a signal line. SOLUTION: A capacitor C1 is charged/discharged by a current supply circuit such as current mirror circuit for supplying a prescribed current, for example, the ON/OFF of a transistor NT1 as a switching element is controlled corresponding to a control signal SD, and a transistor NT2 for discharge is turned on/off by the voltage of a node ND1 pet corresponding to the ON/OFF of the transistor NT1. When lowering the voltage of a signal line DL, since the through rate is determined corresponding to the supply current value of the current supply circuit and the capacity value of the capacitor C1, the current value of the spike current can be controlled corresponding to the through rate and the stray capacity of the signal line DL and noises to be generated by the spike current can be suppressed.
