PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently discharging generated heat from electronic components, improving durability of the electronic components, avoiding faults and to facilitate maintenance. SOLUTION: In a radio base station device, a heat insulation board 100 is laid between one end of a substrate mounting electronic components and a front panel FP. The heat insulation board 100 forms a ventilation trunk 200, where blast from a fan F circulates between one end of the substrate and the front panel FP. Blast generated by the fan is not disturbed by the front panel and circulates upwards through the ventilation trunk. Heat generated from electronic component IC is discharged outside via a heat sink HS and the ventilation trunk. The temperature rise in a radio unit can be prevented. Durability of mounted components IC improves, and maintenance is facilitated.
