PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use part of components in common with an operation unit having a cover fixed by attaching screws by providing an attaching screw fixing section provided with an attaching screw screwing means screwing the attaching screws into screw insertion sections formed on the side face of a screw-fitted cover and a lock face hooked by locking pawls locked on the inner side face of a pawl-locked cover on a main body base. SOLUTION: A fitting plate 12 and a fitting plate fixing screw, which are an attaching screw screwing means, are fitted to a base 4. A screw exposing window 4e with one end reaching the surface of the base 4 is formed on a short side face of the base 4 where lock recesses 4c are not formed, and a screw hole (attaching screw fixing section) 4d to be screwed with the fitting plate fixing screw is formed on the back face of the base 4 near the screw exposing window 4e. Lock lugs formed on one end of a cover are inserted into the lock recesses 4c of the base 4, and the other end side of the cover is covered on the base 4.
