PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the weight and the volume of a food material, a seasoning and other objects, to be measured, in a kitchen by using a simple structure which is composed of an outer tube and an inner tube. SOLUTION: An inner tube 2 which comprises the outer circumferential part used to form a gap between itself and the inner circumferential part of an outer tube 1 is arranged at the inside of the outer tube 1 in which graduations 5 expressing a weight value are formed on the side face. A liquid 3 is injected into the gap between the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2. In a state that the inner tube 2 is floated due to buoyancy, an object 11 to be measured is placed on the inner tube 2. The liquid 3 in the lowering portion of a level is pushed aside. The level is raised. The rise amount of the level is read out by the graduations 5 on the side face of the outer tube 1. Thereby, the weight of the object 11 to be measured is measured. In addition, a pointer member 4 whose specific gravity is smaller than that of the liquid 3 is floated on the level. The graduations 5 which are formed on the side face of the outer tube 1 are read out easily. In addition, when volume graduations 10 which express the inside volume of the inner tube 2 are formed on the side face of the inner tube 2. Thereby, the volume and the weight of the object 11 to be measured can be measured by the same scale.
