PURPOSE: A percutaneous absorption agent containing wormwood or wormwood mixed with medicinal herb and a producing method thereof are provided for improving the use and remove of medicine. CONSTITUTION: The percutaneous absorption agent comprises drug supporter, drug layer containing components of wormwood or wormwood mixed with medicinal herb and antioxidant components, and thin-layer film covering the drug layer, in which the components of wormwood or wormwood mixed with medicinal herb are alcohol, ether, ester, aldehyde; antioxidant components is gamma-tocopherol and flavonoid, and the medicines added to wormwood are Cinnamomi Cortex Spissus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Caryophylli Flos, Saussureae Radix, Araliae Cordatae Radix, Asiasari Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Realgar, Atractyodis Rhizoma, Sulphur, and Rubia cordifolia L. The method for producing percutaneous absorption agent comprises the steps of: producing vessel-shaped drug supporter with korean-paper, aluminum, cotton, rayon, polyester, polyuretan, polyethylene, and semi-permeable thin layer; producing drug layer on drug supporter; and covering easily removable thin-layer film on the drug layer.
