PURPOSE: A goods delivery method and system is provided to allow a customer or a goods delivery member company to know the delivery process and result in real time so that it can enhance a reliability of the goods delivery. CONSTITUTION: A goods delivery system(10) comprises a web server(30), a web site(20), a plurality of customers(40a,40b,...), a plurality of goods delivery member companies(50a,50b,...) and goods collection centers(70a,70b). The web site(20), controlled by the web server(30) registers delivery goods and information of goods receivers as well as goods senders(40a,40b,...). The web server(30) classifies the locations of the customers(40a,40b,...), the goods delivery member companies(50a,50b,...), and the goods collection centers(70a,70b) to manage efficiently the goods delivery. A goods delivery method comprises the steps of the member companies(50a,50b,...) processing the goods for a delivery registered by the customers(40a,40b,...) via the internet, the web server(30) managing the web site(20), and the companies delivering the goods.
