PURPOSE: A hula hoop is provided, which generates sound in exercise. CONSTITUTION: The hula hoop comprises a round hoop (1); inner projections (2); and inner music projections (3); and the music projections (3) is made of an elastic material (5). When a user exercises using the hula hoop, air gets vent through an air exit (4) and gets in and sound is generated by the air compression.
