PURPOSE: Layered flooring and its preparation method are provided, to improve the workability, heat-resistance, weather-resistance, pollution-resistance and transparency of vinyl chloride resin and the durability, elasticity and cold-resistance of rubber. CONSTITUTION: The layered flooring comprises a surface layer (20); a base material layer (10); and a reverse layer (30), wherein one or more layers contain pre-crosslinked copolymer of acrylonitrilebutadiene-vinyl chloride. Preferably the pre-crosslinked copolymer of acrylonitrilebutadiene-vinyl chloride is prepared by adding divinylbenzene as a crosslinking agent and mercaptobenzo-thiazole as a crosslink promoting agent to a copolymer of acrylonitrilebutadiene and vinyl chloride and reacting them with controlled temperature and time to crosslink the modified rubber partially. The ratio of acrylonitrilebutadiene to vinyl chloride is about 95:5 by weight.
