PURPOSE: A fermentation dryer is to incorporate multiple functions into a single apparatus for treating waste food and other materials in a large scale, the functions including sterilization, fermentation, ageing, drying and storing. CONSTITUTION: The fermentation dryer carries out the steps of: sterilizing; spray-adding a fermentation accelerator to be added with microorganisms for initiation of fermentation; ageing the fermontated product to supply air for predrying the product; drying to a desired water content to automatically finish the process of operation and transfer the product to a storage. The main body of the fermentator may be constructed with the volume of 10m3-80m3 in size to have an agitator attached with riblons and paddles for mixing. |
